Here is a snapshot of the typical minimum compensation and benefits packages our nannies are seeking:

Compensation

$20-30/hour depending on candidate experience, location, and scope of role. We recommend launching your search at least 6-8 weeks ahead of your start date. 

Guaranteed Hours

40-45+ guaranteed hours per week.

Benefits Package

Paid time off, paid holidays, health care or stipend, a vehicle for professional use, and relocation assistance. In high cost of living markets, a housing stipend is a common benefit.
