We treat each family as if it were our own children receiving care. We evaluate all of our nannies with a 12-point screening process to ensure that they meet our requirements for care. We then go beyond the “basics” and evaluate each nanny for style, approach, and strengths. This is how we determine the correct fit for each of our families.
